It's a long time since I've seen Placebo and I've got to say I was a bit underwhelmed. It could be my unfamiliarity with the new material or my belief that they've lost a bit of their live spark by adding more musicians (they are now a 6-piece on-stage). Or more likely because I was surrounded by a selection of noisy sods who would rather shout at each other during the songs (about what a great idea it was to come to the gig!!) or 'whoop' every time there's a quiet moment. I would have moved but it was a very crowded venue, sold out well in advance. Luckily, much of this is only audible on the recording if you use headphones, so don't.
Sound was not great and I was unable to get a good spot so this recording is not one of my best, check the sample before you download.
