LDB Master Series #229

Hello, this is a collection of masters I would like to seed here. I've been taping shows for more than 20 years
and have an awful lot of masters. Most of them are in the old cassette format, some others are on MiniDisc and
others are on CD. I've taped many shows of many artists over the years, so don't be surprised if you will find
many different artists taped! Some shows are already circulating, some others
have not circulated through collectors yet. But most of all, enjoy! They all come from my mastertapes!

Please DO NOT share this music on mp3, just convert it for your own use. Sharing mp3's is the right way to make
me stop sharing music here.

I don't have fond memories from that show, and actually it was the one that was a bit 'the beginning of the end' of my
link to Coldplay. As much as I loved the early days and the first album, where the band could still play reasonable
venues (I had seen them two years earlier on their first EU tour), the same I started to dislike them when they started to
be more in people magazines than in rock ones, they strated to be a fashionable band playing large halls and arenas.
Nothing wrong with this of course, but they just do not have a sound and 'thickness' to play in large venues. At least
this is what I felt when they moved from a 1,500 capacity venue (The Alcatraz) to the FilaForum (6,000) in my hometown.

The show did not click. You could see four teen-agers playing in front of a huge crowd like a bunch of unexperienced students
playing in front of an audience that was too much for them. Just IMO, of course. But since then I did not see the band live
again.

This is uncirculated, so it would be interesting for the die-hard fans. Soundwise this is ok, although I was not sitting in
the best seats. I adjusted a bit to make it as much enjoyable as possible to you folks.

Enjoy!
