Notes: This mix was originally done back in 2003 and I don't think it ever circulated much. If I remember correctly, the KM140 source missed the first part of National Anthem and was in mono until half-way through Morning Bell due to a loose cable. The IEM source was also missing most of National Anthem and had a few flaws in various places. Because of this, I mixed in the Nak source for the first 7 minutes or so, and also patched as seamlessly as possible the flaws in the IEM.

I do not know the origin of the supposed soundboard source, but due to its mix, I am assuming it is actually from IEM. I picked up the Nak source via a trade back in 2002, if I remember right, it was taped from the front of the lawn.
