Notes: A mix of this source and the CSB was done by me a few years back and I never was very happy with it. Of those two sources, this is the better sounding, especially through headphones.

A couple of small cuts which are tape flips and/or pauses:

- two short dropouts or pauses at the beginning of Black
- encore break 1
- between Blood and Leaving Here
- encore break 2
