Pimm tells us:

"To get from Brazil to Argentina, the touring equipment has to pass through a rain forest. The transport is done by local trucks and on arrival much the material requires repairing. The big screen barely survives the long trek.

"On February 4, the band visit the Madres de Plaza de Mayo HQ. They return to their hotel where Bono records W.B. Yeats' poem 'Mother of God' for the Madres' CD 'Ni un Paso Atras.'

"Every country, every people have their ghosts. Every town and every city there are ghosts and here in this country Argentina there are some ghosts that will not be put to rest till their mothers are at peace. We welcome Las Madres,' Bono speaks before One, when the band is joined on stage by the 'Madres de Plaza de Mayo.' They are the women who lost husbands and children to the excesses of the military regime. While the song is played, the women walk back and forth and finally line up behind the band. Bono changes the lyrics to: 'Have you come here to play Mary to the lepers in your head.

"Mothers of the Disappeared is played for the first time since Tempe in 1987. The screens show footage of the women as they marched on Plaza de Mayo. At the end of the song Bono continues singing 'El pueblo vincera...' and the audience, who have been very quiet during this song, joins in. Afterwards, they start jumping up and down chanting 'El que no saltar, es militar' ('If you don't jump, you're military'), an anti-army slogan.

"After the song Bono walks to the base of the stage, turns, bows and applauds the mothers. Larry, at his drum kit, does the same, followed by Edge and Adam. One of the mothers steps forward, takes Bono's hand and holds it in the air, then takes off her white head scarf and hands it to Bono, who puts it on. It is an emotional end to the first of three great nights in Argentina."

I cannot find evidence of there being more than one version of this concert in circulation (which, of course, do not MEAN there are not others). The version Justin describes seems to be the one torrented here...and his description is so good that I will quote it verbatim:

"A bottom-tier recording from the PopMart Tour. The sound is strong, but the vocals are a bit distant. Clarity is good but not great. Audience noise is a bit of a disturbance at times. There are small pops between the tracks. 'Mofo' cuts in during the last verse, so Disc 1 Track 1 is only 58 seconds long. During the quieter moments a slight warbling can be heard. The warbling is much more pronounced during 'Even Better than the Real Thing.' Before 'Last Night on Earth' begins it sounds like someone is walking on the recorder with a pair of spurs. The high end sounds a bit hollow, likely the result of some noise reduction somewhere in the lineage of this recording. 'Mothers of the Disappeared' cuts out at 3:04."

There is are brief skips during New Year's Day, and I Still Haven't Found. It runs a bit fast at WTSHNN.
