Ripped the audio from the VOB files and
downsampled the audio bit rate from
48000 to 441000 Hz with DVD Audio Extractor.

Fixed some problems with Adobe Auditionb but
there was no chance to fix the problems with:
a) Two Hearts Beat As One: There is a break
at the beginning (fade out -> fade in)
b) Pride (In The Name Of Love): the beginning
is missing. So i faded out at the before
track and faded in into Pride
