Night 2 of U2's 'Vertigo' tour. This was also the second san diego show.

Where you split the recording to burn to audio cd-r's is your discresion, but a good recommendation would be to do t01-t15 on disk 1, t16-t22 on disk 2.

the 'kings of leon' opening set was also recorded.

Immediate gratification is cool, but leeching is not. Please take some time and pass this show onto others through a b&p, interact with other fans, give back somehow, get to know people before a show and hand out copies in line, etc... don't let live music trading become just a few clicks and leaching..

This recording was made from the L15 sitting area. I'm sure closer / more clear recordings were made, but this is what I came up with. I hope you like it. San Diego Sports Arena is notorious for it's muffled / poor sound acoustics.

Hopefully the jackass who was singing out of key at the top of his lungs behind me doesn't bother you. He didn't sing a lot, but when he did, it sure was horrible. It didn't get picked up too much on the recording.

Remember: the first recording to hit the street isn't always the best. Amazing stuff comes into circulation weeks, months, years after the show. I'm putting this out asap for friends to listen to who couldn't make it to the show. For my ears personally, I'll be listening to my own recording, while waiting to upgrade to some sweet stuff that I'm pretty sure was made tonight by some amazing tapers.. I don't know when it will hit, but I know when it does, the quality will be unreal.

B.A. says: "Hey you crazy foo! There will probably be many sources of this show circulating. To find out what source you have, compare the above track times to what you have. Make sure to note what source you are passing on to the next guy when trading... Now excuse me ... i have to go convert my black van into a tank for the 30th time this month. Sucka!"
