I found Bonos Wireless Mic feed and it was so full of static that for the most part it was un -listenable.
It was so heavily marred and it was so devastating to have something so fantastic that was so poor that is has taken me 13 years to even try to "fix" it.
The only way to salvage this was to go through & remove 1,000 plus major pops and mic interference. It butchered a lot of the songs but if you can get past the sometimes jarring cuts it gives you a supremely rare inside glimpse of the mighty U2 working out there set list for the tour.
Bono sings in many different styles here and the majority of the time it is soft singing as maybe to save his voice for the tour or whatever but the coolest is all the little ad libs and remarks he makes mid song. There are some real gems in here.
