Show Notes:
Firstly, I wasn't there. In 2014 a tapingbuddy of mine (who was at this show), handed me over a box with 300 DAT-tapes.
In between them were his own master, and another source being a clone from the master DAT.
About 6 months ago Hoserama hooked up with a IEM-source from this gig, after him remembering I had a couple of clean
transfers from this date. I got very excited about it, and took the challange to mix them up.

Recording Notes:
The OKMIIr-source speaks for itself. It's a widely spread recording in all kinds of lineageforms (incl. analog versions).
This one is a confirmed clone from the master, directly from the taper himself. It has virtually no crowdnoise and no
clappers, which for mixingpurposses isnt actually that great to get the live-feeling within the mix. On the the other hand,
the bass in this recording is heavy and full. So, I had to make choices.. oh well, like the result.

The IEM-source is incomplete, and missing the last four songs. It's a Edge-(crew)feed, with Edge's vocals pretty loud in
the mix. Guitar sounds are powerfull as well, so easy to bring them all up. Source had a fair amount of static, which for 90%
I was able to remove without any artifacts. Especially 'Until The End Of World' was marred, you probably can hear that.

Bono's vocals are swirling around a bit from time to time, and aren't as powerfull and upfront as Edge's ones.
I tried to get ridd off the click-track, but it's still there in some occasions. Moreover the AUD-source was taped closely
to the stage and you can hear the on-stage clicktrack as well. Besides, I couldnt find a better setting and not harming the
music any further.

I'm mixing recordings primairly for my own ears. I like to accomplish a sound were instruments and vocals are upfront during
songs, and aud-noise is more audible in between them. This isnt always easy, and sometimes hard choices are need to be made.
If you dont like these kind of results I get that, everybody has his own personal tastes. So criticism is welcome, complaining
wont get me anywhere.
