Notes:
The narrow stereo field found in the soundboard source was greatly improved by the addition of the audience source.
Hiss noise nicely reduced by combination of soundboard and audience sources.
During the keyboard section of No Quarter crackle and buzz was found in both sources. At the end of the song Robert Plant apologizes for this equipment difficulty. During remastering these features were minimized as much as possible.

Notes on source choices:
The soundboard used for this project was made available on The Trader's Den in 2009 by 1zeppelin2. In the forum section of the torrent 1zeppelin2 states that this is the same as the Empress Valley source. A second version of this soundboard was remastered and speed corrected and is available elsewhere. The beginning of this sourndboard is missing and was patched by a version of the Millard audience recording prior to release. For this remaster, that audience section will be removed and replaced with the Millard recording with known lineage.

A second Millard tape source considered for this project was from 24-bit, high resolution, 1st generation cassettes made available in 2010. However, a master source with known lineage was uploaded by the JEMS team in 2020. Though this newer source was 16-bit and came from DAT it was considered a better source for this project.
