Long presumed lost, this concert recording made by VPRO was rediscovered in 2002 and first re-broadcast by AVRO on Dutch Radio 2 on October 19, 2002. Subsequently, on April 20, 2003 (Easter Sunday), VPRO transmitted the full programme again on Dutch TV. I videotaped it and transferred the sound from that VHS-recording (so this seed is NOT from the FM-broadcast).
Two tracks have been omitted from this seed because they can be found on the second disc of the fantastic "Comme quand on était beau" 3 DVD set (Barclay/Universal 980 832-0; see http://www.jacquesbrel.be/index2.cfm?lg=FR&pg=disco&part=dvd). Also not included is the long introduction (in Dutch) by expert Brel-translator Ernst van Altena.
